AI voice demos work. Production calls are less forgiving — webhooks fire out of order, transcription lags, and every failure has a real person waiting on the line.
Our approach
We built a modular Express backend with Twilio for telephony, Ultravox for the voice AI, and a Bull queue keeping async work out of the live call path so nothing blocks the response.
The result
A platform that runs real calls through AI agents reliably, with integration depth — Calendar, Cal.com, knowledge base ingestion — that makes it useful in an actual business, not just a demo.
