The challenge
The client had a strong product and a WooCommerce catalog, but a storefront that loaded slowly and converted poorly. The backend had to stay — the frontend needed to go.
Our approach
We rebuilt the storefront as a headless Next.js layer over the WooCommerce REST API — server-side rendered for speed and search indexing, with Stripe checkout and a self-serve order-tracking page.
The result
A storefront that renders instantly, ranks for fragrance search terms, and removes the checkout friction that costs luxury retailers most of their conversions.
